Junior Excellence Tennis Training
 

The Wood Valley Racquet Club Junior Excellence Tennis Training Program is designed to provide a structured environment where young people of all ages and skill levels may properly learn the fundamental concepts and methods of tennis. Each group in our program has specific teaching objectives to take each student to the next playing level.  We believe the highly qualified tennis staff at Wood Valley is the best in Topeka and will ensure improvement and enjoyment of the game. Whether you are just learning to play tennis or want to attain a college scholarship, the WVRC Junior Program will help you reach your goal. There are 4 progressive levels based on age and ability. Players will be evaluated to determine appropriate drill group by the professional staff. Our program follows the Games Based Approach that enables kids to play the game as soon as possible while learning correct technique and having fun. Our programs include: USTPA Little Tennis - Ages 4-7 USA 1-2-3 Youth - Ages 8-12 Players - Ages 13-18 Stealth - Ages 13-18
