Wood Valley's Aquatic Department offers programs in all skill levels.
Our classes follow the Water Safety Instruction guidelines laid out by
the American Red Cross. All instructors are certified water safety
instructors.
 Swim Lessons
From infants to levels
1-6 in the Red Cross "Learn to Swim" program, you can learn or improve
your swimming abilities at Wood Valley. Our certified staff will have
you getting the most from your strokes in a matter of days.
Private Lessons
(All levels and ages)
If you would like one on one personal attention
for your child contact our Aquatics Manager. You will schedule these
classes with the instructor personally at your convenience. All levels
and ages accepted.
Aqua Aerobics
Aqua Aerobics is the best way to get wet, wild, and fit! Wood
Valley offers classes 6 days a week, all summer long. If you're
looking for a fitness challenge, and want to put a little zip back into
your fitness routine, Wood Valley's instructors can give you a summer's
worth of fitness and fun! Aqua aerobics is included in Wood Valley’s
affordable gold program. Fitness and non-member aqua aerobic rates are
